Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal information ACTIVESET TECHNOLOGIES (“ActiveSet”, “we”, “us”) collects through www.activeset.co, how we use it and the choices you have. It describes how the site and our sales process work today. Effective date: 3 November 2026.
Who we are
ACTIVESET TECHNOLOGIES, B 98, Anjuman Colony, Lower Bazar, Konka Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834001, India. For anything in this notice, email Rehan Khurshid at rehan@activeset.co or call +91 70107 66135.
What we collect
- What you send us in a form: your name, work email, company, website address, budget range, the problems you tick and your message.
- Where an enquiry came from: with each form we also receive the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you arrived by, and which of our links brought you to the contact page. See "Where an enquiry came from" in our Cookie Notice.
- Emails and calls: what you write to us, and, if you agree at the start of a call, a recording and transcript of the call.
- Meeting bookings: the details you enter when you book a call through our booking tool (Cal.com or Calendly).
- Analytics and company identification, only if you click Accept in the cookie banner: pages viewed, clicks and device and browser details from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Webflow Analyze, and company identification from Factors and Vector. See our Cookie Notice for the full list.
- Usage analytics from Ploy: page views, visits, how far you scroll, the links and buttons you click, form interactions and searches on the site. If you click Reject, Ploy still counts these in a cookieless mode: no visitor ID is kept on your device, visits are grouped by an anonymous ID that resets every day, and no company or person identification runs. See our Cookie Notice for details. When consent applies: if you visit from the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the analytics and marketing tools in this notice run only after you click Accept. Elsewhere they run by default, and you can switch them off at any time by choosing Reject in Cookie settings in the site footer. After Reject, the only one that keeps running is Ploy's cookieless count described above.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when pages load, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for spam.
- Payments: when you pay online, the payment is handled by our payment gateway, CCAvenue (Infibeam Avenues Ltd). You enter card, UPI or bank details on CCAvenue's secure pages; we never see or store full card details. We receive the payment confirmation: amount, date, transaction reference, and the name and email you entered.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and run any project we agree with you.
- To keep notes of our conversations so the right person on our team has the context.
- To understand how the site is used and which companies are interested in our services, where you have accepted analytics and marketing cookies or have not rejected them. If you reject them, we use only Ploy's cookieless count to see how many visits and page views the site gets, which is in our legitimate interest in running the site.
- To protect our forms and site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Call recordings
We record and transcribe calls only with your permission, which we ask for at the start of each call. If you say no, we do not record. Recordings and transcripts are used only to keep accurate notes of what was discussed and agreed.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only for the purposes above. These include Webflow (website hosting and forms), Cloudflare (website delivery and form spam protection), CCAvenue (payment processing), our email, calendar and booking tools, our call-recording tool, and, for the analytics and marketing tools (only after you accept them if you visit from the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, and unless you reject them elsewhere), Google, Microsoft, Factors, Vector and Ploy. Ploy also receives the cookieless count described above after you reject. Some of these providers process data outside India, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security practices to protect personal information from unauthorised access, change, disclosure or deletion, as required by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, emails, call notes, recordings and transcripts: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we are working together, in which case for the length of the project and then up to 24 months.
- Records we must keep by law, such as invoices: for as long as Indian law requires.
- Analytics data: for the periods set out in each provider's own notice.
Your choices and rights
- Change your cookie choice at any time with Cookie settings in the site footer.
- Ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it.
- Withdraw consent you have given, for example to call recording or marketing emails.
